The 2015 IGTI conference in Montreal was well-attended by PCA's clients and there was consistently good ‘traffic' through the exhibition area. The opportunity to renew contact with former colleagues and customers from past projects is as important as meeting potential clients for the first time in our niche business.
Together with his co-author Daniel Rusch, from ABB Turbo Systems, Mick Casey received his ‘best paper' award during the Turbomachinery Committee meeting, the second such award in consecutive years.
PCA's 2015 technical papers delivered by Jason Wu and Hamid Hazby were both well-received and attracted large audiences. Some insightful questions were posed by the attendees, a good sign that the papers were perceived to be topical and technically interesting.
